How do I contact support?
- Log into your client portal using the button at the top right of every page. Should you forget your password, there is a link to have it resent.
- E-mail our ticketing system. Please be sure to put a brief description of your issue in the subject line and a detailed explanation along with your contact information in the message details.
- Call our support line directly at 800-608-4693. This option is best for emergencies during business hours.
How do I contact emergency after hours support?
Please call our main line at 800-608-4693 and press 5 at the main message to be transferred to the Emergency Voicemail Box. Our Emergency Voicemail Box is monitored 24x7. Please provide all pertinent information on the situation and the on-call staff member will call you back within 1 hour.
